Privacy Policy
Short version: no account, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. What you write stays in your own browser and is never sent anywhere.
This is sensitive data and we treat it as such. A Scene Sheet describes your sex life, which under Article 9 GDPR is a special category of personal data. It never leaves your device: we do not receive it, and we cannot read it.
1. Who is responsible
MatchYourFetish (matchyourfetish.com) is the data controller for this site. For any privacy request, including access, deletion or withdrawal of consent, write to matchyourmail@proton.me.
2. What stays on your device
The Scene Sheet, the Prompt Forge fields and the Audio Script are saved in your browser's localStorage (keys myf_scene and myf_lang), together with your language choice. This never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser storage deletes it permanently. These entries are strictly necessary for the tool you asked for, which is why you are not being shown a consent banner for them.
3. If you buy something
Purchases are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record: they receive the data needed for payment, invoicing and tax (name, email, billing country, VAT number if you provide one) and are the controller for that processing, under their own privacy policy. When you redeem a licence key, our server checks it against Gumroad and returns a signed token that is stored in your browser. We do not keep a customer database.
4. Server logs and third parties on this page
- Server logs: our host records the usual technical data of a web request (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and to deliver the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service up and abuse-free.
- Typefaces: self-hosted on this domain. Opening a page makes no request to Google or any other font CDN.
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no social plugins, no tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone beyond the providers named above.
5. Adults only
This site is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at minors. We knowingly process no data from anyone under 18.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Since there is no account and nothing you write is stored on our side, most requests have nothing to retrieve here: the data lives in your browser and you delete it by clearing it. For anything else, write to matchyourmail@proton.me. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
7. Changes
If we change how data is handled — a new feature that sends data off your device — we update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
